Improve your health, strength and vitality, calm your mind and awaken to your true basic nature.

Over the centuries, yoga practitioners have discovered simple and effective practices to reduce stress and achieve optimum health, vitality and inner peace.

Come and experience these healing benefits for yourself on this relaxing weekend. Please note that you do not have to be young, slim, vegetarian or flexible to do these practices and gain the stress-relieving benefits! Yoga is for everyone.

The weekend includes an easy introduction to the eight limbs of yoga as well as insights into the healing and transformational benefits that the practice of yoga can bring.

The weekend is open to all – men and women, young and old, complete beginners or more seasoned practitioners.
